As a Black female artist navigating the predominantly white, male-dominated art and tattoo industry, I've encountered numerous challenges that have shaped not only my artistic journey but also my identity. From the moment I stepped into the scene, it was clear that my presence was both a rarity and a statement. Being part of this community has been a double-edged sword; on one hand, it has challenged me to push my limits, and on the other, it has forced me to confront biases head-on. However, I’ve always believed that my unique perspective brings something valuable to the table, creating space for dialogue and representation.

The Flesh & Bone Series: A Reflection of Resilience

One of my most significant projects, the Flesh & Bone series, serves as a powerful conversation starter about vulnerability, resilience, and the beauty found in life's contrasts.
